The first step in the E5 Trademark System is to Enroll, and Enroll is really all about educating yourself.

So, you’re going to want to go through the videos on this website. You’re going to want to download the worksheets and go through the process of just understanding what it is that you’re getting into by filing a trademark registration (or even using a particular logo or a slogan or the words that you use to describe your product, your business, or service).

When I say Enroll, I specifically mean to Subscribe to our YouTube channel Ask A Trademark Attorney (for Thrasher Trademark Law)` or our master channel Thrasher Associates.

In addition, you’re going to want to join the email list where you’ll receive a free eBook about the five steps to protect your brand.  Now, this goes beyond merely trademarks, it looks at protecting your brand holistically, and we’ll pull in some other different kinds of intellectual property that you might want to consider in protecting your business and the things that you do and the products that you make.  The last part of Enrolling is to like and follow our Facebook group, “Ask A Trademark Attorney”  So – by the way, I monitor that one probably the closest.  So if you’ll ask a question within the group, I’ll try to get an answer back up within 24 business hours.
